The Boware Solutions / TEF Advisor Vietnam project – operational since 2024 – aims to build a boutique IT development company with a small, tightly integrated team of complementary profiles. We first focus on the Group’s existing European projects and, in a second stage, we plan to selectively open to third-party fintech projects.

👨💻 Role Overview
We are looking for a
Backend Developer (.NET)
to join our core engineering team and contribute to the development of:
RecoveryApp (critical operational system)
CreditVision Ecommerce (Maintain; develop Monitoring Module + Massive Module)
PTF Analysis APIs
OSINT Reporting backend workflows
You will work closely with Tech Lead, Frontend Developer, and AI Integration Engineer to build robust, scalable, high-performance APIs.

🔑 Key Responsibilities
A. Core Backend Development
Develop and maintain .NET Core APIs for internal systems and B2B platforms
Maintain and fix bugs in RecoveryApp
Build backend modules for Ecommerce (Monitoring, Massive batch requests)
Implement caching, retry policies, exception handling
B. Database \& Performance
Optimize PostgreSQL queries and indexing
Improve application performance and reduce API latency
Participate in data modeling and system architecture
C. Integrations
Integrate with external services (SevenData, cadastral APIs, payment gateways…)
Consume AI output services (from Python AI microservices)
Build internal data pipelines to support dashboards \& reports
D. Engineering Practices
Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code
Participate in code reviews
Work with Docker-based deployment (optional but preferred)
Document APIs and business workflows
E. Cross-functional Collaboration
Work with Frontend dev to support UI needs
Work with AI Integration Engineer to accept structured/JSON AI output
Work with QC to ensure stable releases and fix bugs quickly
Communicate clearly with Tech Lead \& CTO
✅ Required Skills
Must Have
✔ Strong experience with .NET Core (6 and newer)
✔ Experience with REST API development
✔ Good understanding of PostgreSQL (query optimization, indexing)
✔ Familiarity with Entity Framework or Dapper
✔ Experience integrating external APIs
✔ Understanding of asynchronous programming
✔ Knowledge of clean architecture principles
✔ Git workflow experience
Nice to Have
Experience with Hangfire / Quartz (scheduling jobs)
Experience with Docker
Basic understanding of massive batch processing
Experience in financial or enterprise systems
Familiarity with AI/LLM output formats (JSON schemas)
Soft Skills
Strong problem-solving ability
Ownership and accountability for assigned modules
Willingness to learn business logic \& complex rules
Good communication and teamwork
Able to work in fast-moving environment
💰 Salary
We offer a competitive salary aligned with your experience and with how closely your profile matches the role requirements.
Salary range: 25,000,000 – 40,000,000 VND gross per month
