Role Responsibilities
Develop and validate real-world coding benchmarks using React, TypeScript, or JavaScript
Curate issues, solutions, and benchmark tasks from production-grade repositories
Build and maintain comprehensive unit and integration test suites
Debug, optimize, and document benchmark code for reliability and reproducibility
Ensure consistency and scalability across distributed benchmark tasks
Provide structured feedback on solution quality, clarity, and correctness
Collaborate asynchronously with research teams to improve AI coding performance
Requirements
Strong professional experience as a frontend engineer
Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript or JavaScript
Proven experience debugging, testing, and validating frontend code
Comfort with technical writing and structured documentation
High attention to detail and code quality standards
Ability to work independently in a remote, research-focused environment
