Role Responsibilities
Lead high-impact initiatives focused on evaluating, comparing, and optimizing next-generation code agents.
Assess how code agents perform across real-world software development workflows and open-source codebases.
Drive structured evaluation, prioritization, and optimization efforts for advanced engineering tools.
Translate technical findings into clear insights, recommendations, and project updates.
Support and transition into expert project management roles for upcoming software engineering projects.
Collaborate asynchronously with engineering, research, and stakeholder teams while maintaining strong execution standards.
Requirements
Strong experience in software product management or project management within top-tier tech companies, AI firms, or similarly demanding environments.
Solid technical background with hands-on experience using code agents in real-world or open-source codebases.
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field from a leading university.
Exceptional attention to detail, analytical rigor, and structured problem-solving ability.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly convey technical and business requirements.
Comfort working independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.
