Python Engineer (code agent experience)

$70–$90/hour

Duration:
Minimum 2 weeks, with potential for extension
Commitment:
Flexible, 10–20 hours/week with possible increase to 40 hours
Role Responsibilities
(Training support will be provided)
Use coding agents (e.g., Codex, Claude code) to perform realistic coding tasks on real-world codebases supporting next-generation ML applications
Collaborate with AI research teams to build robust, high-performance software systems
Contribute to open source projects and work on sophisticated personal projects shared publicly on GitHub
Communicate clearly and precisely with team members through written and verbal means
Requirements
Extensive experience using coding agents as part of software engineering workflow
Fluency in Python Programming Languages
Strong portfolio of open source contributions and sophisticated personal projects
Degree in Computer Science from a prestigious university in the U.S., Canada, U.K., Australia, or New Zealand
Excellent attention to detail and rigorous problem-solving ability
Strong written and verbal communication skills
