What You Will Be Doing
Design and Deploy Full-Stack Capabilities: Drive user stories from concept through delivery; clarify specifications, architect scalable systems, implement both backend and frontend logic, conduct rigorous testing, and release to production
Diagnose and Resolve Defects: Perform root cause investigations on issues, address underlying problems rather than surface symptoms, and prevent future regressions through intelligent test coverage
Elevate Code Standards: Conduct thorough reviews of technical plans and code submissions to ensure clarity, simplicity, and accuracy, preventing technical debt from accumulating

Crafting pixel-perfect interfaces or intricate backend architectures for complexity's sake alone
Executing specifications mechanically without grasping the underlying problem context
Spending excessive time in meetings debating roadmaps and priorities or coordinating across teams

Basic Requirements
A minimum of 4 years of experience developing production-grade code for both frontend and backend components of web applications (framework-agnostic).
Proven ownership mindset: Track record of owning entire modules, product capabilities, or teams—not just executing isolated tasks
Self-directed execution: Capability to unblock yourself, manage your own workflow, and navigate ambiguity effectively

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
