Job Purpose:
To manage recipe creation, costing, product development documentation, and system updates for the Central Kitchen to ensure smooth product launch, accurate costing control, and operational efficiency.
Key Duties \& Responsibilities:
1. Recipe \& Costing Management
Create and maintain recipe cards for all products
Prepare and update product costing sheets
Coordinate with Procurement on ingredient cost updates
2. Product Development Support
Assist in new product development and trials
Manage development timeline \& documentation
Coordinate internal tasting and QA check
3. System \& Documentation Updates
Update system records for new and revised products
Ensure all product details are accurately reflected in the system
Maintain version control of recipe and costing documents
4. Cross-Department Coordination
Work closely with chefs, CK operations, and QA
Support marketing on product information when needed
Provide timely updates on costing
5. Continuous Improvement
Review current product processes and suggest improvements
Support cost reduction ideas and ingredient optimization
