CSG are currently partnered with a leading Construction Sub\-Contractor who are currently looking to add an Assistant Project Manager to their team. They are looking for employees that not only possess the skills and abilities to be an assistant project manager, but also a passion for growth and innovation!
Specific Responsibilities
Work directly with project managers to help implement project goals
Coordination of project specific functions
Managing/coordination with General Contractors
GC Contract review and markup
Maintain vendor relationships
Assist with project budget and attend financial meetings
Assist with Manage project close out
Attend GC meetings as needed
Communicate field scheduling with manufacturing
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
2 plus years in commercial construction required
Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks
Ability to work as a team and independently
Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear, straightforward manner
