Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Team Lead with strong expertise in modern web technologies and on-page SEO. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of professional experience and a proven track record of leading teams, delivering scalable applications, and optimizing websites for performance and search visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Architect, design, and develop web applications using React.js, Laravel, Node.js, Bootstrap, and PHP.
Implement and oversee on-page SEO strategies to improve search rankings and site performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, marketers, and project managers.
Ensure compliance with coding standards, security protocols, and performance benchmarks.
Manage project timelines, allocate tasks, and monitor progress.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
Required Skills \& Qualifications
7+ years of experience in web development and SEO.
Strong proficiency in:
React.js (front-end frameworks)
Laravel \& PHP (backend development)
Node.js (server-side applications)
Bootstrap (responsive UI design)
On-page SEO (technical optimization, meta tags, schema, site speed)
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under deadlines.
Experience in guiding junior developers and fostering a collaborative team culture.
