About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and execution-driven Project Manager to join our Performance Marketing team. This role is critical in ensuring marketing campaigns, sales initiatives, and product launches are planned, executed, and delivered on time. You will act as the central coordinator between marketing stakeholders, external partners, and content creators to keep projects aligned and running smoothly.
Primary Responsibilities
Build, organize, and maintain Asana project plans for all marketing campaigns, sales initiatives, and product launches.
Coordinate with the marketing team to assign tasks, set deadlines, and track progress, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule.
Monitor timelines, identify risks or bottlenecks, and proactively follow up with team members to prevent delays.
Facilitate team communication by ensuring priorities, responsibilities, and milestones are clearly defined.
Share weekly status updates and progress reports in marketing channels to keep stakeholders aligned.
Manage execution of marketing asset projects: source, engage, and coordinate with content suppliers and creators to deliver videos, photography, and other campaign materials.
Secondary Responsibilities
Organize and track sample deliveries for partners producing content for campaigns and product launches.

Deadline and detail-oriented, disciplined in spotting risks early and driving solutions.
Vendor and partner relationship management, including negotiation and coordination with content creators.
Problem-solving and adaptability, able to manage fast-changing priorities in marketing campaigns.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Advanced Asana expertise or certifications.
Experience in digital marketing operations.
Familiarity with creative production workflows (video, design, photography).
Knowledge of e-commerce and product launch cycles.
