Key Responsibilities
Conduct requirement analysis for multiple software projects, gathering functional and technical specifications from stakeholders
Review legacy systems to identify bottlenecks and implement performance improvements
Maintain and refactor existing codebases, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices
Create technical manuals, system architecture diagrams, and user guides for deployed software
Advise project teams on software design, scalability, and integration strategies
Design, develop, enhance, and deploy software applications and systems to meet functional and technical requirements
Install, configure, and support production systems; provide ongoing maintenance and user support
Perform unit testing, debugging, and system testing to resolve software defects
Qualifications \& Experience
Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification, or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in software development, corporate services, or a related field
Strong knowledge of software design, integration, and deployment processes
Proven ability to work in a team, manage tasks, and coordinate workflow effectively
Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
