The Global Marketing Manager, Viral vectors is responsible for developing and overseeing the execution of the Cytiva marketing plan for driving share gain in the development and manufacturing of viral vector-based therapeutics and related workflows. This includes segmenting the market, developing target personas and aligned value propositions and an omni-channel campaign focused on driving business throughout the commercial funnel.

This position reports of the Senior manager, Viral vector marketing and is part of the Genomic Medicine Operating Company. It will be an on-site role based at one of Cytiva premises either in St Germain en Laye, France; Uppsala, Sweden; Signy, Switzerland or Marlborough, U.S.

What you will do:

Align with senior business leaders on marketing targets (leads, lead conversion rates, win rate, etc…) to support the viral vector business objectives

Drive commercial excellence across the viral vector business unit around developing and accelerating the orders funnel

Own commercial launch of new product offerings for viral vectors and be accountable for key success indicators such as revenue achievement

Work cross functionally and be accountable for the successful execution and performance of campaign messaging and tactics

Improve processes critical to the functioning of the marketing function using Danaher Business Systems (DBS) methodology

Who you are:

Bachelor’s degree or higher

5+ years experience in a commercial, marketing, or product management position

3+ years experience in owning a territory or portfolio revenue number and a history of success in driving growth

Demonstrated success in product development and launch

Managed and allocated a budget in line with organizational goals

Global Marketing Manager, Vecteurs viraux

Le/la Global Marketing Manager, Vecteurs viraux, est responsable de l’élaboration et de la supervision de l’exécution du plan marketing de Cytiva visant à accroître la part de marché dans le développement et la fabrication de thérapeutiques basées sur les vecteurs viraux et leurs workflows associés. Cela inclut la segmentation du marché, le développement de personas cibles, la création de propositions de valeur alignées, ainsi qu’une campagne omnicanale orientée vers la progression du business tout au long de l’entonnoir commercial.

Ce poste reporte au/à la Senior Manager, Viral Vector Marketing et fait partie de la Genomic Medicine Operating Company. Il s’agit d’un rôle sur site, basé dans l’un des locaux de Cytiva : Saint‑Germain‑en‑Laye (France), Uppsala (Suède), Signy (Suisse) ou Marlborough (États‑Unis).

Vos missions :

S’aligner avec les leaders seniors de l’entreprise sur les objectifs marketing (leads, taux de conversion, taux de réussite, etc.) afin de soutenir les objectifs commerciaux liés aux vecteurs viraux.

Renforcer l’excellence commerciale au sein de l’unité Vecteurs Viraux en développant et accélérant l’entonnoir de commandes.

Piloter le lancement commercial des nouvelles offres produits liées aux vecteurs viraux et être responsable des indicateurs clés de succès tels que l’atteinte des revenus.

Travailler de manière transversale et être responsable de la mise en œuvre et de la performance des messages et tactiques de campagne.

Améliorer les processus critiques au fonctionnement de la fonction marketing en utilisant la méthodologie Danaher Business System (DBS).

Profil recherché :

Diplôme universitaire (Bachelor’s degree) ou équivalent, ou niveau supérieur.

Plus de 5 ans d’expérience dans une fonction commerciale, marketing ou en gestion de produit.

Plus de 3 ans d’expérience avec responsabilité d’un chiffre d’affaires (territoire ou portefeuille) et historique démontré de croissance.

Succès avéré dans le développement et le lancement de produits.

Expérience en gestion et allocation budgétaire conformément aux objectifs organisationnels.
