We are looking for an CRM platforms Product Owner.
The CRM platforms Product Owner is in charge for orchestrating both evolution and maintenance of the tools, in particular Salesforce Marketing and Service Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and company strategic goals.
This role involves understanding the needs of business stakeholders, translating them into product requirements and user stories, and collaborating with overall development teams to deliver value.
He/She also plays a key role in defining the product vision and roadmap and ensuring that documentation is up-to-date.
Prior experience as a Product Owner in the Salesforce eco-system, is crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
Understanding Business Needs and translating them in tech requirements: work with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations. Translate business requirements into product requirements and user stories, ensuring they are well-defined and aligned with the product vision.
Defining Product Vision and Roadmap: collaborate with other other product owners, architects and developers to define the product vision and roadmap.
Prioritizing the Product Backlog: manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that the most valuable features are addressed first.
Collaborating with Development Teams: work closely with development teams to ensure that the product is delivered on time and within budget. Ideally ability to develop at least basic tasks.
Ensuring Documentation and Training: maintain up-to-date documentation and provide input for end-user training materials.
Requisiti
Technical Skills:
Salesforce Expertise: adeep understanding of Salesforce's capabilities (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc) is essential and at least a good overview on Commerce Cloud and Mulesoft.
Development Tools: proficiency in tools like JIRA and Confluence for tracking progress, managing backlog, and documenting product roadmaps.
Technical Aptitude: an ability to grasp technical concepts and translate them into user-friendly language for stakeholders.
Data Analysis: ability to analyze data to identify trends, understand user behavior, and make informed product decisions.
Agile/Scrum: very nice to have experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, important to manage product backlogs and sprints. Certifications like Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager can be beneficial are a plus.
Business Skills:
Business Acumen: a strong understanding of the business context, industry trends, and competitive landscape is vital for prioritizing features and aligning the product with business goals.
Requirements Gathering: the ability to effectively gather and articulate business requirements to the tech teams.
Product Roadmap Development and Prioritization: ability to create and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and strategic direction. Experience in prioritizing the product backlog and managing competing priorities.
Stakeholder Management: excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage expectations, gather feedback, and build consensus among stakeholders.
Soft Skills:
Communication: strong verbal and written communication skills also in English for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
Leadership: ability to lead and inspire the development team, guide decisions, and ensure project success.
Problem-solving: ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems effectively.
Collaboration: a proactive and collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
Organization: excellent organizational skills for managing the product backlog, planning releases, and tracking progress.
