Role Overview
We are seeking a Test Coordinator with strong experience in Data \& Analytics environments to coordinate and manage testing activities for large-scale data projects. The role involves end-to-end test coordination for complex D\&A programs, including projects exceeding 1,000 man-days, across multiple stakeholders and delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage end-to-end testing activities for Data \& Analytics projects
Lead test management for large-scale programs (\>1,000 man-days) across multiple teams
Define and maintain the test strategy, test plans, and test schedules
Coordinate system, integration, UAT, and regression testing phases
Align testing activities with data ingestion, transformation, and reporting cycles
Collaborate closely with data engineers, BI teams, business stakeholders, and project managers
Track test progress, defects, risks, and dependencies; report status to stakeholders
Ensure testing standards, processes, and quality gates are consistently applied
Support continuous improvement of testing methodologies and tools
Required Experience \& Skills
Minimum 3 years of experience in Data \& Analytics environments
Proven experience as Test Coordinator / Test Manager on at least two large projects (\>1,000 man-days)
Strong knowledge of test management processes and quality assurance best practices
Experience coordinating multiple test streams and stakeholders
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Language Requirements (Mandatory)

English (EN): Professional working proficiency
Nice to Have
Experience with data warehouse, BI, reporting, or analytics platforms
Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, or hybrid delivery models
Experience in regulated environments (banking, insurance, public sector)
Experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, Xray, HP ALM, Azure DevOps)
