Your Role
What Your First Months Will Look Like
You'll hit the ground running. Within your first weeks, youâll complete Dcycleâs best-in-class onboarding and work on real sustainability cases to understand customer pain points and opportunities. As a Customer Success Analyst, youâll immediately support onboarding, training, early product adoption, and account optimization. Youâll meet key people, learn our product philosophy, and see how Customer Success drives measurable impact and long-term growth. From day one, youâll feel supported, empowered, and immersed in the mission.
You'll see how we work. Dcycle moves fast. Youâll quickly start anticipating customer needs, identifying risks and opportunities through data, and collaborating across teams to ensure customers get maximum value. Youâll see how insights shape the product, how scalable CS processes are built, and how documentation, playbooks, dashboards, and best practices fuel our impact. Youâll operate as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through their sustainability challenges and delivering meaningful outcomes.
You'll build real expertise. By month three, youâll be integrated and autonomous; managing a small portfolio, leading onboarding sessions, delivering value, and escalating insights that improve the product. Youâll understand the ESG landscape (GHG Protocol, SBTi, CSRD), master the product, and know how different customer segments use Dcycle. Youâll have shipped impactful work, processes, documentation, workflow improvements, or optimization ideas, supported by weekly coaching and cross-functional collaboration.

Technical Skills
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Languages: C1 Level English + Spanish
1â3 years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting, Customer Experience, Product, Operations, or similar roles in a SaaS environment.
Experience leading onboarding, training sessions, or customer-facing workflows.
Ability to analyze customer data, monitor KPIs, and produce insights that drive action.
Familiarity with CS or CRM tools (HubSpot, Gainsight, Zendesk, Planhat, or similar).
Ability to create documentation, processes, and scalable workflows.
Comfortable collaborating with Product and Engineering to share insights and improve the platform.
Passion for sustainability, technology, and building category-defining products.

Hybrid Work Model
