Fullstack Developer (mid to senior) (w/m/d) - Hamburg or Remote (Germany-based)

We're a user-driven engineering team bringing transparency, scale and efficiency to the traditionally opaque M\&A industry.

We care about clean architecture, domain understanding and technical excellence. We're seeking developers who are both technically strong and motivated to understand the “why” behind the code.

Your mission

Develop and maintain fullstack applications with a focus on clean, maintainable and testable code

Collaborate directly with stakeholders to align on goals and outcomes

Work in short feedback loops: code reviews, pair programming, continuous integration

Write automated tests across the stack

Apply DDD and SOLID principles in your daily work

Contribute to architecture discussions and long-term technical decisions

Grow your understanding of the M\&A field and contribute ideas to product development

We value clean code and are language-agnostic at heart

Must-Haves

Strong software engineering fundamentals and a passion for clean code

Language-agnostic mindset, experience in PHP, Java, Node.js or similar is welcome

Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and SOLID principles

Willingness to work in Python (experience is a bonus, but not required)

Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and engage with our product and business domain

Strong communication skills and a humble, team-first attitude

Business fluency in English

Nice-to-Haves

Exposure to DevOps workflows and CI/CD pipelines

Experience with microservices, scalable architectures and backend API development
