At Deblock, we are building the first current account that truly integrates crypto: simple, non-custodial, and human. We are looking for our German General Manager in all but title.
You won't just be the "face" of the brand; you will be the brain behind our German market expansion. You will combine public visibility (PR, Podcasts, Conferences) with commercial strategy (Partnerships, Localisation, Trust-Building).
You will report directly to the Founders and own the "Trust \& Growth" engine for the DACH region.
What we are looking for
The "Hybrid" Profile: You are 50% Public Figure (comfortable on TV/Stage) and 50% Operator (BizDev/Strategy).
Commercial Network: You have a "Rolodex" of contacts at German fintechs, Media outlets, banks, and platforms
Trust Builder: You understand the German "Trust Stack" (GDPR, BaFin compliance, TÜV, Verbraucherschutz) and view regulation as a competitive advantage.
Crypto Credibility: You can explain "Non-Custodial" to a 60-year-old on national TV without scaring them.

You have successfully navigated a fintech product through German consumer protection hurdles.
Experience in "Lobbying Light" - engaging with political or regulatory stakeholders to advocate for our model.
What you’ll be working on
Public Face: Represent Deblock on top-tier podcasts (OMR, FinanceFwd), TV panels, and key industry stages.
Strategic Partnerships: Identify and close integrations that matter to Germans (e.g., local payment methods, tax tool integrations like Blockpit).
KOL Management: Don't just "hire influencers." Build a "Council of Experts" curating long-term relationships with credible finance educators (Finanztip, Finanzfluss style).
Trust Architecture: Lead the initiative to acquire local trust signals (e.g., registering with consumer protection programs, obtaining local certifications).
Localisation Strategy: Adapt our global product roadmap to fit German user habits (e.g., "Do we need an IBAN discriminator strategy?").
