Brand Operation / Franchise Development Manager – Moorgen (Italy)
Decmondo is the official distributor and strategic partner of Moorgen, a global high-end smart home brand. We are responsible for brand development, channel expansion and market operations for Moorgen in the Italian market.
We are currently looking for a Brand Operation / Franchise Development Manager to lead Moorgen’s expansion in Italy, from market entry to nationwide growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the franchise and channel development strategy for the Italian market.
Identify, evaluate and negotiate with potential partners and distributors.
Manage the full business development process: showroom experience, product presentation, commercial negotiation and contract signing.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key partners, architects and premium clients.
Work closely with company management to define regional priorities and growth plans.
Monitor performance, pipeline progress and market feedback.
Requirements
Proven experience in brand development, franchise expansion or channel management, preferably in smart home, building materials or high-end home solutions.
Strong knowledge of the Italian market and regional dynamics.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage frequent travel across Italy.
Italian native speaker; English as a working language.
