About The Role We are looking for highly skilled Java Full Stack Developers with strong hands-on experience in building modern, scalable, cloud-native applications. This role requires deep expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and AWS, along with the ability to independently debug, troubleshoot, and support production systems. You will work in a fast-paced, Agile environment, delivering high-quality solutions for enterprise-scale systems at Deloitte.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain backend components using
Core Java (Java 8+)
Build and enhance microservices using
Spring Boot
Develop and support
microservices-based architectures
Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot applications on
AWS
Create and manage
EC2 instances
Analyze logs, debug production issues, and resolve problems independently
Work with
API Gateways
for:
Publishing APIs
Configuring and understanding API security
Understand, analyze, and modify
CI/CD pipelines
Perform in-depth debugging and root cause analysis across environments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an
Agile/Scrum
setup
Explain technical solutions clearly using real-world examples or past project experience
Provide technical guidance and mentoring (for Senior Consultant / Manager roles)
Qualifications
Very strong hands-on experience in
Core Java
Proven experience with
Java 8+, Spring Boot, and RESTful services
Strong understanding and practical exposure to
Microservices architecture
Hands-on AWS experience
(EC2, logs, debugging, issue resolution – not just theoretical)
Experience working with
API Gateway
, including security concepts
Familiarity with
CI/CD pipelines
and ability to update or troubleshoot existing pipelines
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills across application and cloud layers
Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly with real project examples
Strong understanding of
Agile/Scrum
methodologies
Demonstrated technical leadership for senior and managerial roles
