For our production site in Badia Polesine, we are looking for a:
Product Manager
The Product Manager would be responsible for defining the short to medium-term strategic development plans for the assigned product category
The Resource Should
▪ Collects and processes information on markets, products, and competitors across different countries, carrying out
comparative analysis to identify business potential as well as the strengths / weaknesses of the products.
▪ Develops the strategic vision for the assigned product platform and align with the Sales dept. to better fulfill the
customers’ needs.
▪ Drives key messaging strategies (ex. Product claims) and creative development.
▪ Works within the assigned budget to drive initiatives that increase the visibility and profitability of the assigned product
line, leveraging marketing activities, promotional tools, and technical support materials in collaboration with R\&D and
CA functions. Additionally, coordinates the execution of the product communication strategy and the creation of
marketing collaterals to effectively promote the products, ensuring compliance with the Corp brand book.
▪ Leads lifecycle assessments with a particular focus on phase-out management and potential market extensions.
▪ Provides technical support to the Sales dept. and to the customers during the launch and introduction of new products
to the market, as well as in consolidating the market presence of existing products.
Requirements
Degree in Marketing or Economics.
Previous experience in marketing and product management.
Experience in sectors such as dental, medical devices or pharmaceuticals is a plus.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, with a particular focus on Excel and PowerPoint.
Fluent knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
Knowledge of French is considered a plus.
