As an Engineer, FE, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions for DerbySoft’s Portal Product. This position demands exceptional technical expertise, strong problem-solving abilities, and leadership skills to successfully drive complex projects to completion. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure seamless alignment with business objectives while upholding the highest technical standards and best practices. KEY DUTIES \& RESPONSIBILITIES

Design, implement, and maintain scalable, efficient, and secure software systems.

Lead the technical design and architecture discussions, ensuring alignment with product requirements and long-term strategies.

Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and growth.

Collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers, designers, and QA teams, to deliver high-impact solutions.

Analyze and resolve complex technical issues promptly, minimizing downtime and enhancing system reliability.

Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Drive code quality through code reviews, testing strategies, and adherence to best practices.

Adhering to the SDLC process to ensure all deliverables comply with security requirements.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS \& ABILITIES Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in software development, with expertise in:

Front-end development technologies, including JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Node.js, ReactJS, GraphQL, and NPM.

Code version management tools such as Github or Bitbucket.

Unit testing frameworks like Jest.

Functional testing framework like CodeceptJS, Puppeteer, NightwatchJS, and MochaJS

Code bundle tools such as Webpack or Vite

Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects in an Agile development environment.

Strong knowledge of system architecture, design patterns, and scalable systems.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.

Fluency in both spoken and written Chinese and English is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the Travel Industry.

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Familiarity with container management systems such as Kubernetes.

Contributions to open-source projects or published technical papers.
