Job Summary:
The Social Media Coordinator is responsible for managing, creating, and executing content across the company’s social media platforms. This role focuses on growing brand awareness, increasing engagement, and driving traffic through creative and consistent online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
Plan, create, and post engaging content (photos, videos, captions, stories, reels, etc.) across all major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Monitor and respond to audience interactions, comments, and messages promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with design, marketing, and sales teams to support campaigns and product launches.
Analyze performance metrics, prepare monthly reports, and suggest improvements based on insights.
Manage the social media calendar to ensure timely posting and brand consistency.
Stay up-to-date with current social media trends, tools, and platform updates.
Coordinate with external agencies, photographers, and influencers when required.
Assist in running paid ad campaigns and boosting posts as per marketing plans.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Media, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in social media management or content creation.
Strong understanding of major social platforms and their analytics tools.
Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
Basic skills in photo/video editing (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, etc.).
Creative mindset with attention to detail and trends.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills (Optional):
Experience in running Meta Ads or Google Ads.
Familiarity with SEO and content marketing principles.
Photography or videography skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
