Write high-quality, performant, and maintainable code in Java and Python
Contribute to system architecture and backend design decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps and other backend engineers
Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
Troubleshoot and resolve complex backend issues in production environments
