About The Role As a Sales Support Specialist on the CHAT commercial team, you support the Head of On Trade, Key Account Managers, Sales Representatives, and internal collaborators. You do this by handling administrative, organizational, and analytical tasks efficiently. Your contribution ensures that decisions can be made based on accurate information, internal processes run smoothly, and customers receive optimal support.
Key Responsibilities* Communicate all relevant customer agreement components to Finance, Credit Control and internal collaborators.
Support annual negotiations, contract handling (including DocuSign), tracking and budget integration.
Manage allocation of limited products, including stock updates and performance analyses per KAM.
Prepare sales and promotion analyses and calculate applicable rebates.
Maintain customer master data, perform regular database checks and coordinate corrections with internal teams.
Coordinate internal requests related to the CHAT sales warehouse including agency instructions and PO handling.
Drive continuous process improvement in collaboration with service hubs (Budapest), Trade Terms and Commercial Finance.
Prepare, update and distribute product specification sheets, master data, descriptions and images.
Create and distribute promotions, newsletters and communications regarding price or product changes (SKU/EAN/downsizing).
Prepare and send customer offers, including adapting content to customer-specific text templates.
Enter contracts into Contract Management, document and archive all relevant files.
Create invoices, collect supporting documents and follow up on outstanding invoices including trade spend topics.
Support presentations, reporting, events, trade fairs and internal meetings.
Manage evidence collection (e.g., Mappis, retailer websites).
Coordinate creation of visuals (advertisements, marketing materials).
Organize samples and handle general administrative office tasks.
Act as Health Ambassador, including weekly reporting and participation in KAM calls.
Experience / skills required:* Completed commercial education, ideally with a business background.
Minimum of two years’ experience in sales support or a commercial role in FMCG.
Strong analytical skills and excellent numerical understanding.
Customer-focused, proactive, and committed to finding effective answers.
Strong communication skills, flexibility and organizational talent.
Excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel); experience with SAP BW, TM1 and Teams.
Strong English language skills, both written and spoken.
