Role Overview:
Digi Epitome Technology is seeking an experienced ASP.NET Trainer to mentor and train students or trainees on Microsoft .NET technologies. The trainer will be responsible for delivering structured training sessions on ASP.NET (MVC/Core), C#, SQL Server, and associated web technologies. The role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to simplify complex concepts for learners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct classroom and online training sessions on ASP.NET (MVC/Core), C#, .NET Framework, and related technologies.
* Develop training materials, curriculum, assignments, and assessments.
* Teach core programming concepts, application development, and best coding practices.
* Guide learners through hands-on projects, coding exercises, and real-time application development.
* Explain backend development, API creation, and database integration concepts clearly and effectively.
* Provide training on SQL Server, stored procedures, LINQ, and Entity Framework.
* Assist students in understanding UI integration using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap.
* Monitor learner progress and provide feedback, doubt sessions, and technical support.
* Ensure content delivery aligns with industry standards, secure coding practices, and latest .NET advancements.
Stay updated with emerging .NET and web technologies to keep training content relevant.
* Prepare trainees for interviews, tests, and practical evaluations.
Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
* Proven experience as an ASP.NET Developer or Trainer (2–5 years preferred).
* Strong command of ASP.NET (MVC/Core), C#, and the .NET Framework.
* Hands-on experience with SQL Server, Entity Framework, and LINQ.
* Good understanding of front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap.
* Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and web services.
* Experience with version control tools like Git or TFS.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
* Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for beginners and intermediate learners.
* Knowledge of Agile/Scrum concepts is a plus.
