Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate
Java Fullstack Engineer
to join our agile development team.
You will play a key role in designing and building scalable backend microservices, configuring cloud-native DevOps pipelines, and contributing to our credit decisioning engine.
This is a high-impact role focused on delivering resilient, high-quality software solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy scalable and resilient backend microservices using
Java
and
Spring Boot
.
Configure
DevOps pipelines
on
Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
to support our credit decisioning engine.
Build and maintain
automated testing frameworks
to ensure high-quality, mission-critical applications.
Collaborate within an
agile team
to deliver backend features with a focus on performance and reliability.
Work closely with
architects and product owners
to define technical solutions aligned with business goals.
Required Skills \& Experience:
Backend Development:
5–15 years of experience with Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
DevOps \& Cloud:
Hands-on experience with GCP, AWS, or Azure; familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
API Development:
Proven expertise in building and maintaining RESTful APIs.
Frontend Knowledge:
Working knowledge of
React
or
Angular
.
Testing:
Strong background in automated testing and quality assurance practices.
Mindset:
Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and excellent communication skills.
Good to Have:
GCP Data Services:
Experience with
BigQuery
,
Spanner
,
Cloud Composer
, or
Dataflow
.
Generative AI:
Exposure to
LangChain
,
LangGraph
, or similar tools; interest in building agentic solutions.
