Apprentice Developer / Builder (Learn-by-Doing, Equity Opportunity)
I’m building a real platform — not a tutorial project, not agency busywork.
It spans AI automation, WordPress backends, APIs, crypto concepts, cloud infrastructure, and modern frontends.
I’m looking for a young, hungry developer (or self-taught builder) who wants
real experience
without drowning in university debt.
This is an apprenticeship-style role. You help me build real systems. I teach you how the whole stack actually works in the real world.
What you’ll learn (for real, not slides):
How large WordPress systems actually scale (multisite, performance, security)
Backend logic, APIs, and automation (AI workflows, n8n-style thinking)
Middle-layer systems: data flow, auth, integrations
Frontend concepts (not just “make it pretty”)
How crypto, tokens, and wallets work at a practical level
How products are actually built, launched, and improved
What I’m looking for:
Curious, switched-on, not afraid to learn
Some basic skills (HTML/CSS/JS, PHP, Python, or similar — not all required)
Willing to follow instructions and ask smart questions
No ego. No “I know everything already” energy
What this is NOT:
Not a corporate job (yet)
Not a uni course
Not guaranteed instant money
Not chaos-for-chaos’ sake
What you get:
Real mentorship (I’ve been in tech a long time)
Real projects you can point to
Skills universities don’t teach
Equity / shares for people who stick, contribute, and grow with the project
A path into paid work as the platform grows
Location:
Remote-friendly (NZ preferred, but not required)
