Role overview

We are seeking an experienced

Technical Product Manager

to support and develop our product offerings in Europe and globally. In this role, you will combine technical expertise with product and project management skills to improve the seller and buyer journey. You will oversee projects, manage technical integrations, and collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners.

What you’ll do

Lead and manage critical projects addressing escalated issues from European teams, driving automation, portal enhancements, and process improvements

Collaborate with European leadership and international teams to align on goals and deliver results

Expand and manage our partner portfolio of ERP and platform integrations, from selection to implementation

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers, helping Customer Service and Business Development teams resolve complex system challenges (API, ERP, etc.)

Support seller onboarding, success initiatives, and continuous improvement projects

Work with Business Development and Key Account Managers to optimise seller onboarding processes

Leverage product knowledge across WMS, OMS, and multi-channel platforms to deliver tailored solutions

Analyse local e-commerce trends and provide product development insights to align systems with market needs

What we’re looking for

Degree or equivalent experience in IT, Digital Business, or related fields

Experience in e-commerce, logistics, and ideally product marketing or development

Technical proficiency with web services, SQL, APIs, BI, and log analysis

Exceptional communication skills in German (C1+) and English (C1+)

Based in Berlin or surrounding area with the right to work in Germany
