THIS IS YOUR JOB:
Provide Tier 3 operational support for customer Azure environments.
Implement and maintain DevOps practices to improve reliability, scalability, and performance.
Develop and manage infrastructure as code using Bicep, ARM templates, and PowerShell.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues.
Monitor and optimize Azure resources and services for performance and cost-efficiency.
Automate routine tasks and processes to improve operational efficiency.
Participate in incident response and root cause analysis.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven experience in Azure Cloud infrastructure and services.
Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, including pipelines and CI/CD processes.
Proficiency in Bicep, ARM templates, and PowerShell scripting.
Solid understanding of DevOps principles and reliability engineering.
Experience with monitoring tools and practices in Azure.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Microsoft certifications such as AZ-400, AZ-104, or AZ-305 are a plus
Experience with other IaC tools (e.g., Terraform) is a plus.
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) in Azure.
