Core Responsibilities
You'll be a key driver in digitizing the restaurant industry, mainly responsible for:
Business development and sales: Proactively promote and sell our restaurant POS system, online payment services, and Meituan Dianping marketing solutions to clients, achieving targets and driving growth.
Client relationship management: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with restaurant owners, managers, and decision-makers; understand operations and provide tailored integrated solutions.
Solution demonstrations: Visit restaurants in person for professional on-site product demos, clearly showcasing POS integration advantages, payment features, and marketing tool benefits.
Client success promotion: Regularly review clients' usage of POS, payments, and marketing solutions; provide ongoing follow-up and support to boost adoption and stickiness.
Market insights: Continuously analyze trends and competition in restaurant POS, online payments, and marketing tech; convert insights into sales strategy optimizations.
Team management: Lead and manage the sales team, guide members to meet individual and team goals, provide training, performance reviews, and career support for efficient operations.
We Are Looking For
Secondary school diploma (DSE) or above.
At least 2 years in sales (priority for fintech, payment solutions, or restaurant tech experience).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proactive, results-oriented, with strong interest in how tech transforms restaurants.
Basic technical understanding, preferably with system setup and integration concepts.
Priority for those with one or more:
B2B sales experience (especially fintech, payments, or restaurant tech);
Restaurant industry experience, understanding operations;
Payment services company background;
We also welcome top sales talents from real estate, hotels, or other sectors (full on-the-job training provided).
Fluent Cantonese, with basic English and Mandarin skills.

Competitive compensation: Generous base salary + high commissions + performance bonuses (total monthly up to HKD $70,000 or more).
