Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong experience in React.js and Laravel, along with a good eye for UI/UX and responsive design. The ideal candidate should be comfortable building modern web applications end-to-end, collaborating with designers and backend teams, and delivering clean, maintainable code.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and maintain frontend applications using React.js
· Build robust backend APIs and systems using Laravel (PHP)
· Translate UI/UX designs (Figma / XD / Sketch) into high-quality, responsive interfaces
· Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness
· Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs
· Write clean, reusable, and scalable code
· Optimize application performance and loading times
· Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA teams
· Participate in code reviews and follow best practices
· Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues
Required Skills
Frontend
· Strong experience with React.js
· Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+)
· Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3
· Experience with responsive design (Bootstrap, Tailwind, or custom CSS)
· Familiarity with state management (Context API, basic Redux knowledge is a plus)
Backend
· Strong experience with Laravel (MVC architecture)
· REST API development and integration
· Experience with MySQL / relational databases
· Authentication \& authorization (JWT / Sanctum / Passport – any one)
Designing / UI Skills
· Ability to convert designs into pixel-perfect UI
· Good understanding of UI/UX principles
· Experience working with Figma / Adobe XD / Sketch
· Strong sense of layout, typography, and color usage
Nice to Have (Good Plus)
· Experience with WordPress / WooCommerce
· Basic knowledge of SCSS
· Familiarity with Git / version control
· Experience deploying applications (shared hosting / AWS / VPS)
· Knowledge of performance optimization techniques
