Job Description

What we do

Join a team of passionate and hardworking entrepreneurs to transform healthcare!

Working in the product team at Doctolib involves building innovative products and features to improve the daily lives of care teams and patients. We work in feature teams in an agile environment, while collaborating with engineering, design, and business teams.

What you'll do

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the ILOT team in the Platform domain, which empowers engineers to accelerate innovation with Generative AI (GenAI) and Developer Experience (DevEx) products

The Platform domain mission is to build and maintain the common building blocks of our system with a "Platform as a Product" mindset. We abstract and simplify the use of these complex, critical components, enabling product teams to focus on their core mission: building products faster for healthcare professionals and patients.

You will lead high‑impact product initiatives that improve engineering efficiency, accelerate tech modernization, and raise the bar on software and system quality—balancing rapid iteration with robust governance, security, and compliance.

As a Senior Product Manager, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Scope and prioritize requirements for GenAI products used by more than 600 engineers, with more than 95% daily active users among engineers.

Lead discovery-to-adoption for new GenAI use cases: identify high‑leverage opportunities, run PoCs, validate value and risks, and scale successful patterns to company-wide impact.

Build strategic partnerships (internal and external) to enable future GenAI adoption—covering tooling, data-access patterns, safety/guardrails, privacy, and compliance requirements.

Identify the new behaviors of engineers using GenAI in their day to day. Understand satisfactions drivers and increase the satisfaction of engineers working with those products

Define the vision, success metrics, and own the product strategy for Developer Experience (DevEx) and GenAI enablement, focusing on measurable improvements to developer velocity, and product quality.

Work closely with the Engineering Manager to build a prioritized roadmap and product plan to deliver this vision in a scalable way

Be able to explain and convince the different stakeholders about your choices

Lead the execution of the projects autonomously, from problem definition to solution framing, specs writing, validation of developments, rollout and follow-up results and impacts

Define each project specifications and ensure key product management processes for the confidentiality and security of health data

Work closely with our end users and cross-functionally with development teams, quality analysts, and data analysts in an agile environment.

Contribute to the global growth of the product team by engaging in knowledge sharing, best-practice implementation, and creating new processes to help us adapt as we scale

Who you are

If you don't meet all the requirements below but believe this opportunity matches your expectations and experience, we still encourage you to apply!

you have at least 5 years of experience in Product Management with direct product ownership

You have worked with developers, led rituals, wrote specifications

You have extended experience on technical products and platforms
