Full Stack Engineer – AI-Powered Multi-Tenant SaaS – up to €90K + Stock Options – Netherlands
Our client is a fast-growing company that is building an AI-powered SaaS platform that helps organizations handle contracts and compliance obligations faster, more professionally, and more efficiently. By combining advanced and agentic AI with the expertise of legal professionals, they automate up to 95 percent of repetitive work. Built on a multi-tenant architecture, the platform is designed for organizations with multiple subsidiaries and uses specialized AI agents to handle most routine work. Lot of modern tech stuff!
You will join as one of the first key members of a new in-house engineering team that will take full ownership of the platform and deliver the future roadmap. You will work directly with the CTO and co-founders alongside a UX Frontend Specialist and an AI Engineer, forming the technical heart of the organization.

Python, Django, Next.js/React, PostgreSQL, Scaleway, Git, and Git Flow CI/CD
The role
As a Full Stack Engineer you will focus mainly on the backend around 70 percent, but also contribute to the frontend around 30 percent. You will help make the system enterprise-ready, build a retrieval-augmented-generation pipeline with the AI Engineer, improve performance and search accuracy, and create collaborative features where multiple users can edit and see each other’s changes in real time. You will also connect the AI agent layer to the data layer, including implementing row-level security for strict access control in a multi-tenant environment.
This is a hands-on role where you work closely with the CTO on architecture, scalability and reliability, acting as a right hand in building the platform’s foundation.
You should have experience with
Five or more years of professional software development
Strong backend skills in Python, ideally with Django
Experience with owning a product
DevOps practices and CI/CD in cloud environments
Frontend experience with React, Next.js, or similar
Nice to have
Experience with SaaS platforms
Understanding of architectures connecting AI agents to data layers
Experience with security standards
The offer
Gross annual salary up to €90K plus stock options
Hybrid working with two days per week in the office in the Amsterdam/Flevoland area
Initial seven or twelve-month contract with intent to move to permanent
