Our AI \& Automation Division is scaling fast, and we’re looking for an experienced AI Bot \& Automation Specialist who can design, build, and deploy high-performing AI agents, characters, and automation systems that deliver measurable business results.

We are not looking for someone who is “learning” or “experimenting” this role is for a proven builder who can show real-world projects in action.

Who We’re Looking For

You have a track record of creating live, functional AI agents and automation workflows not just concept demos. You understand how to combine AI intelligence + automation + real-world integration to make systems that run 24/7, generate revenue, and improve operational efficiency.

If you’ve already built and launched AI bots, social media automations, and CRM-driven workflows and can prove it, we want you.

Your Mission

Design \& Build AI Bots and Agents

Create AI-powered bots and character-driven agents that autonomously handle lead engagement, client communication, appointment setting, content distribution, and task execution.

Develop AI Personalities \& Characters

Use GPT, LangChain, ElevenLabs, Whisper, and other tools to craft brand-aligned AI personalities with realistic tone, memory, and behavior.

Automate Social Media Engagement \& Posting

Build automations for TikTok, Instagram, Twitter/X, Reddit, and LinkedIn including posting, engagement, and performance tracking.

Architect Business Workflows

Integrate AI and automations with GoHighLevel (GHL), Zapier, Make.com, N8N, and APIs to streamline CRM, sales, and marketing systems.

Optimize Performance \& Intelligence

Improve AI prompt chaining, decision-making, sentiment analysis, and task execution for higher accuracy and engagement.

Collaborate With Leadership

Work closely with the CEO and tech team to deliver automation solutions that directly impact revenue and client satisfaction.

Stay Ahead of the Curve

Monitor and adopt emerging AI, voice AI, and automation trends to maintain a competitive edge.

Bonus Points For

AI bots used in appointment setting, sales, lead nurturing, or onboarding.

Voice AI (TTS, transcription, real-time call handling).

AI creator model creation (digital avatars, AI influencers, synthetic content creators).

AI model training for specialized characters.
