What you'll do
Deliver monthly management reporting, analysis, and insights to support operational and strategic decision-making
Partner with manufacturing, commercial, and project teams on product costing, pricing, margin, and profitability analysis
Support budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year planning to improve financial visibility and accuracy
Prepare and review business cases for capital, supply chain, and operational initiatives
Oversee inventory valuation, cost variances, and related audit support
Provide financial support for projects, NPD, and R\&D activities, including RDTI requirements
Drive continuous improvement through automation, analytics, and smarter financial processes
Contribute to general finance activities and support evolving business priorities
What you'll bring
A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with CA, CPA, or equivalent (or on your way there)
Hands-on management accounting experience, ideally in a manufacturing or fast-paced commercial environment
You will have a sharp commercial mindset and enjoy digging into the numbers and turning them into insights that influence real decisions
Strong capability across reporting, budgeting, forecasting, product costing, and margin analysis
Confidence working with Excel, ERPs, and planning or analytics tools, with an appetite for smarter, more automated ways of working
The ability to explain financial concepts clearly and build trusted relationships with non-finance stakeholders
A proactive, curious approach and a passion for continuous improvement and innovation
