Description
We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of product-level marketing strategies that accelerate growth across DOXA’s consumer vertical portfolio. In this role, you will act as the bridge between Product, Sales, and Marketing teams—transforming customer insights into compelling messaging, launch strategies, and sales enablement tools.
The ideal candidate is a versatile marketer who understands both strategic positioning and tactical execution. You’ll work across teams to shape go-to-market approaches, refine messaging, and ensure our growth team is equipped with the right tools to succeed.
Requirements: Market Research \& Insights
Conduct customer and competitive research.
Analyze and develop buyer personas, use cases, and segment trends.
Share insights with marketing, product and growth peers to refine strategies.
Positioning \& Messaging
Develop product-level messaging and value propositions.
Translate technical product features into customer-friendly benefits, centering the customers’ needs and pain points.
Tailor messaging for different audiences across partner affinity membership and direct consumers
Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution
Cross-functionally plan and execute product/feature launches with director’s guidance, owning marketing deliverables for assigned products.
Create launch deliverables (e.g., sales training, pitch decks, sell sheets, FAQs).
Work closely with partner marketing and digital teams to produce effective product-specific campaign messaging to key target audiences.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Product training and education: Serve as product experts to translate product capabilities, messaging, and positioning to sales and marketing teams.
Sales enablement: Partner closely with growth and product teams to develop customer-centric sales collateral.
Voice of Customer: Act as the voice of the customer in product discussions, providing data-based insights to influence product road map.
Data Analysis: Monitor product penetration, adoption rates, sales enablement usage, and messaging effectiveness to consistently optimize product marketing activities.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably within insurance or financial services
Proven ability to craft compelling messaging and positioning across multiple audiences at each stage of the buying journey.
Demonstrated experience supporting GTM strategies and product launches.
Strong track record of building sales enablement resources that drive adoption and revenue.
Analytical mindset with experience mining and activating insights from product and/or campaign reporting.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; ability to distill complex concepts into customer-friendly messaging.
Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
