Overview
We are seeking a talented and innovative Web Designer to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
Design and develop visually appealing, responsive websites using tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements, user needs, and business goals through user research and data analysis.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts effectively.
Implement front-end development tasks utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Angular, React, Node.js, PHP, MySQL, and other relevant technologies.
Ensure website accessibility standards are met by adhering to best practices in web accessibility and usability.
Optimize websites for SEO using best practices in digital marketing and analytics tools like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
Maintain existing websites through updates, bug fixes, and performance improvements using WordPress, Drupal, SharePoint, or custom CMS solutions.
Develop motion graphics and visual effects using Adobe After Effects or Adobe Animate to enhance user engagement.
Conduct usability testing and user research to improve website functionality and user experience (UX/UI).
Collaborate with graphic designers on logo design, typography, visual design elements, and branding consistency.
Manage website maintenance tasks including security updates, plugin management, and content updates.
Experience
Proven experience in digital design with a strong portfolio showcasing website projects across various industries.
Proficiency in front-end development languages including HTML5, CSS3 (SCSS/SASS), JavaScript (AJAX), and frameworks such as React or Angular.
Hands-on experience with design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe XD, Figma, Axure, Balsamiq, Sketch.
Familiarity with web development platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, SharePoint along with knowledge of PHP/MySQL backend integration.
Knowledge of SEO best practices combined with data analysis skills using Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics for performance tracking.
Experience working with version control systems such as Git or SVN is preferred.
Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and usability principles to create inclusive digital experiences.
Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams including developers, marketers, and content creators.
