Senior Back-End Engineer
who loves solving complex problems and shipping high-quality, scalable software.
What you’ll do
Architect and build backend services that power our compensation engine and real-time reporting.
Build and optimize asynchronous jobs and distributed workloads.
Work on complex data pipelines that continuously sync CRM and financial data from
HubSpot
,
Salesforce
, and other external systems.
Ensure data accuracy across timezones, currencies, and sensitive financial information.
Tune and optimize our Postgres + Prisma setup for performance and reliability.
Collaborate with the team to shape new features end-to-end.
Contribute to technical decisions, code reviews, and engineering best practices.

Who you are
Experienced with CRM integrations (HubSpot / Salesforce), asynchronous processing, timezone \& currency logic, and handling sensitive financial data is a strong plus.
5+ years of experience building and maintaining production back-end systems.
Expert in Node.js and TypeScript.
You love boosting your productivity \& skills with AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor,… and often experiment with the newest technology.
Comfortable with async workflows, queues, and distributed processing.
Strong understanding of relational databases and query optimisation.
Pragmatic, product-minded, and able to translate business requirements into elegant technical solutions.
Passionate about clean, maintainable code and well-structured systems.
