About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Software Development Manager to lead a small, highly motivated development team focused on delivering innovative SaaS solutions. This is a hands‑on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in an Agile environment, enjoys coaching and developing engineers, and is passionate about building modern applications on the Microsoft technology stack with an Angular frontend.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Agile ceremonies and ensure best practices across the development lifecycle.

Develop and manage the organisation's DevOps roadmap (tooling, automation, practices)

Ensure strong engineering practices, including code reviews, testing standards, and continuous improvement.

Lead, mentor, and support a small team of software developers, promoting a collaborative and high‑quality engineering culture.

Collaborate closely with product owners, UX designers, and stakeholders to prioritise features and plan releases.

Oversee the delivery of SaaS products built on the Microsoft platform, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and reliability.

Provide technical guidance on both backend (.NET, Azure) and frontend (Angular) development.

Support resource planning, performance reviews, and career development within the team.

Required Experience \& Skills

At least 4 years of management experience leading software teams in an Agile environment.

Strong background in software engineering using the Microsoft stack (e.g., .NET, Azure, SQL).

Experience delivering SaaS applications in a commercial environment.

Solid understanding of Angular for frontend development.

Proven ability to manage, motivate, and grow technical teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: €70,000.00-€100,000.00 per year
