Key Responsibilities:
Market \& Competitor Insights
: Conduct in-depth and regular research on credit market (e-wallets, BNPL, credit cards, personal loans), analyze competitors’ product features, pricing strategies, and user feedback, and provide actionable insights for product iteration.
Product Strategy \& Roadmap
: Develop product strategies aligned with business goals, define product roadmaps, prioritize feature development based on user needs, market potential, and technical feasibility.
Product Development
: Cross-Team Collaboration, managing the full product lifecycle, translating product requirements into detailed specifications, overseeing the entire development lifecycle, and ensuring on-time and high-quality product launches.
Data-Driven Decisions
: Use data and customer feedback to guide improvements and optimize performance.
Risk \& Compliance Management
: Work closely with the compliance and risk teams to ensure products meet regulatory requirements, optimize credit approval processes, and control credit risks while balancing user accessibility.
Qualifications:
3+ years of product management experience in the credit/fintech industry,with a proven track record of launching and scaling credit products (BNPL, personal loans, or credit cards).
Deep understanding of credit market landscape, user demographics, regulatory framework (e.g., Condusef, Buro de Crédito), and emerging trends (e.g., digital payment adoption, BNPL penetration)..
Familiarity with agile development processes and tools.
Analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions.
Passion for improving financial inclusion and user experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Business,Computer Science,Engineering,or related field.
Language: Spanish, English, preferably Chinese.
