Product Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
User Lifecycle Management
: Develop localized acquisition/activation/retention/monetization strategies (via local channels, partnerships, personalized initiatives) aligned with Mexican user habits.
Product Operations
: Monitor daily product performance, resolve operational issues, collect user feedback, and collaborate on feature testing/optimization with the product team.
Data \& Performance
: Track core metrics (CAC, conversion, retention, LTV, default rate) via Excel/SQL/Tableau; analyze data to iterate strategies and report insights.
Compliance \& Risk
: Ensure operational compliance with Mexican regulations (Condusef, Buro de Crédito, data privacy laws); coordinate with risk teams to control default rates.
Cross-Team Collaboration
: Align with local sales/marketing/partners; act as a liaison between regional HQ and local teams to share market insights.
Qualifications:
3+ years in fintech product operations, or a similar role, proven track with credit/BNPL products and user lifecycle management.
Knowledge: Deep understanding of credit user behavior, market dynamics, and fintech regulations.
Strong organizational and communication skills. Experience with project management tools is helpful.
Proficiency in Excel , SQL, Tableau/Power BI; data-driven decision-making.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related fields (master’s a plus).
Language: Spanish, English, preferably Chinese.
