What you will be doing
Youâll lead endâtoâend testing across highâimpact initiatives that make a real difference.

What will keep you busy
Lead \& Innovate
Define and deliver a test strategy that aligns with organisational goals and accelerates delivery.
Bring modern QA thinking to the table â automation, shift-left testing, quality engineering mindset, and everything in between.
Drive Quality Execution
Lead all phases of testing: functional, regression, integration, performance, and UAT.
Ensure testing is delivered to a high standard with clear test coverage, traceability, and risk-based prioritisation.
Run effective defect triage, champion fast feedback loops, and proactively resolve issues.
Empower People
Mentor, coach, and inspire a test team to do their best work.
Foster a culture where quality isnât just a checkpoint â itâs everyoneâs responsibility.
Collaborate \& Influence
Partner with project managers, product owners, architects, and developers to embed quality at every stage.
Communicate testing progress, risks, and insights clearly and confidently to stakeholders at all levels.
The skills you will bring
Proven experience leading software testing or QA teams.
Strong understanding of modern testing practices and the full SDLC.
Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments.
Ability to communicate technical detail clearly and influence decisionâmaking.
Handsâon familiarity with test automation frameworks and tools.
Bonus Points For:
ISTQB certifications or equivalent.
Experience across large enterprise or multiâvendor environments.
Knowledge of cloud ecosystems (Azure, AWS, GCP).
Exposure to performance testing tools or test environment management.
