Your role at Dynatrace
You will join a Mobile team, working across multiple platforms and a wide range of mobile technologies. As a Software Engineer \& Team Captain you’ll take a dual role, combining hands-on engineering with team leadership.

Conduct regular 1:1s with all your team members, living the feedback culture and hereby guiding and mentoring your team members along their career path.
Make sure the team is properly structured, organized, and aligned with the organization’s goals and individual needs.
Work closely with your Manager as the primary interface for the team.
Support in hiring, by conducting technical interviews when needed.
Support your lead by providing information for performance reviews, compensation and promotions.
As a Cross-Platform Software Engineer, you…
Build, maintain, improve and deliver the features your team owns, throughout their lifecycle.
Write high-quality code to create new features and fix bugs.
Ensure adherence to best practices, design principles, accessibility, performance and security standards.
Proactively participate in code reviews.
Collaborate with teams and stakeholders in other countries to solve problems and drive decisions.
What will help you succeed
React Native, Flutter, MAUI, and/or .NET experience.
Knowledge/curiosity about native mobile (iOS or Android), with strong interest in exploring additional mobile technologies beyond your primary stack.
Several years of experience as a Software Engineer, with in-depth knowledge of SDK development, getting projects completed and into production.
Team player with a solid level of quality and pride in your own work, responsible and self-sufficient.
Experience with Agile practices.
A healthy amount of curiosity, having fun in learning new technologies and tools.
