Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

Lead the design, development, and optimization of data pipelines and architectures supporting Labor Management analytics. This role requires deep expertise in Azure, Databricks, and large-scale data integration, with a focus on delivering actionable insights for workforce planning and operational efficiency.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Architect and implement robust data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Synapse, and Databricks.

Integrate and model labor-related data from multiple sources (HR, scheduling, payroll, etc.).

Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with internal and external standards.

Collaborate with product owners, analysts, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership on best practices.

Onboard additional consultants as we scale up throughout the year.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

8+ years in data engineering, with at least 3 years in a principal or lead role.

Proven experience with Azure Data Platform (Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks).

Strong SQL, Python, and Spark skills.

Experience with labor/workforce management data is highly desirable.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
