to join its core engineering team. The company builds a modern cloud-based platform that helps organisations deliver smarter, more scalable digital solutions, with a strong focus on innovation and AI-driven capabilities.
The Role
This is a hands-on
Full-Stack Software Engineer
role offering high autonomy and real influence over product and technical direction. You'll work closely with founders and a small development team to maintain and evolve a live SaaS platform, while building new features including AI-powered functionality.
As a
Full-Stack Software Engineer
, you'll play a key role in shaping architecture, improving performance, and ensuring the platform scales securely as the business grows.
Your Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain new features across the full stack for a SaaS platform
Maintain, optimise, and refactor existing systems to improve performance and scalability
Collaborate closely with founders and engineers on product direction and technical strategy
Build and integrate AI-driven features, including LLMs and agent-based components
Ensure best practices across code quality, security, and system reliability
About You:
Proven experience as a
Full-Stack Software Engineer
delivering production SaaS platforms
Strong hands-on experience with
React, Node.js, TypeScript, and Python
Solid understanding of system architecture, APIs, and data modelling
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-autonomy startup or scale-up environment
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently
Tech Environment
includes React on the frontend, Node.js/TypeScript and Python on the backend, PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases, REST and Protobuf APIs, and cloud infrastructure across AWS and GCP using Kubernetes, Terraform, serverless technologies, and GitHub Actions for CI/CD.
