Job Description

About EagleEye

EagleEye is building a next-generation venue management platform for entertainment venues worldwide. We unify every operational point of a venue such as bookings, point of sale, CRM, memberships, accounting, inventory, in-venue hardware, and reporting/analytics into one seamless system so operators can focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Our next phase is ambitious: using AI and automation to power autonomous entertainment venues. This role sits directly at the center of that mission.

The Role

We’re hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our in-person engineering team in Milwaukee and help lead EagleEye’s AI and automation initiatives. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who is deeply comfortable across the full stack and has real experience building AI-driven systems in production.

You’ll work directly with the CTO and product leadership to design, build, and scale intelligent systems that automate venue operations in the real world—not just dashboards and prototypes.

What You’ll Be Building

AI-powered systems that automate and optimize venue operations such as:

Scheduling and staffing decisions

Guest flow and bay/court utilization

Dynamic pricing and promotions

Monitoring, alerts, and exception handling

Backend services and APIs using C# / .NET Core, Entity Framework, and SQL Server

Real-time and event-driven systems (SignalR, webhooks, background jobs)

Frontend experiences using Ionic Angular, Capacitor, and Tailwind CSS

AI integrations using LLMs and agent-based workflows to support autonomous decision-making

Our Core Stack

You should be highly proficient in most of the following:

Backend: C#, .NET Core, Entity Framework, SQL Server

Frontend: Angular and Tailwind CSS

Cloud \& DevOps: Azure App Services, Azure SQL, GitHub, GitHub Actions

Real-Time \& Integrations: SignalR, REST APIs, Webhooks

AI Experience We’re Looking For

We’re looking for practical, applied AI experience—not theoretical research.

Building production systems using LLMs (OpenAI / Azure OpenAI / similar)

Designing prompt systems, agents, and decision workflows

Experience combining AI with rules-based logic and operational data

Familiarity with computer vision, analytics, or ML pipelines is a plus

Strong judgment around where AI meaningfully improves outcomes

What We’re Looking For

6+ years of professional software engineering experience

Proven full-stack expertise with modern backend and frontend systems

Experience shipping and maintaining production systems

Strong system design and architectural thinking

Ability to take ownership of ambiguous, complex problems

Comfortable collaborating in person with engineers, product, and leadership

Excited about building software that controls real-world operations

Able and willing to travel to venue locations when needed

Why This Role Is In-Person

This role is intentionally in-person in Milwaukee. You’ll be working closely with leadership, engineering, and real venue environments where EagleEye is deployed. Being on-site allows for faster iteration, better collaboration, and direct exposure to the physical systems we’re automating.

Why EagleEye

High-impact role with real ownership

Direct influence over product direction and AI strategy

Opportunity to help define what autonomous venues actually look like

Work on software that connects digital systems to physical spaces

Competitive compensation with long-term growth potential
