On-site - working all 5 days per week in the Office

We are looking for an experienced Web Developer, with a focus in leveraging front end technologies to design, develop and create excellent user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate in a dynamic, Agile Scrum team to build and enhance web-based applications and platforms

Lead the development of engaging user interfaces for our public website and internal tools

Translate design mockups and UX concepts into high-quality, responsive web pages

Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and SEO performance

Work closely with designers, SEO specialists, and back-end developers to deliver seamless user experiences

Contribute to the evolution of our front-end architecture and development practices

Build reusable components and libraries for future use

Stay current with emerging front-end technologies and trends

Skills \& Qualifications

5+ years of experience in front-end web development

Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular)

Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles

Experience with Tailwind CSS / Daisy UI

Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., Umbraco) and structured content

Knowledge of SEO best practices and tools like Google Analytics and Search Console

Experience with Git and version control workflows

Understanding of cross-browser compatibility and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2 AA)

Experience working as a member of a Scrum development team

Experience With The Following Would Be Considered An Asset

Experience with C# / .NET Core 8 and MS SQL is a plus

Exposure to cloud platforms and deployment pipelines

Familiarity with automated testing tools and CI/CD pipelines

Knowledge of asynchronous request handling and partial page updates

Background in Umbraco CMS development

Passion for clean, maintainable code and intuitive user experiences
