What You’ll Do
*
Build and maintain highly scalable verification flows that support large, fast-moving engineering programs
*
Lead regression management and triage for high-volume test environments
*
Troubleshoot coverage gaps, analyze failures, and stabilize flows as projects evolve
*
Serve as the go-to contact for Synopsys VCS support and partner directly with EDA vendors on escalations
*
Deploy and support RTL Architecture tools and ensure smooth integration with FE verification
*
Bring strong version control expertise to help streamline how teams work across Git, Perforce, and Git-P4
What You’ll Bring
*
Extensive hands-on experience supporting FE verification flows and CAD infrastructure
*
Strong debugging skills, especially around regression failures and coverage issues
*
Deep familiarity with Synopsys VCS, IES, RTL architecture tools, and xprop configurations
*
Solid knowledge of Git, with bonus points for Perforce and Git-P4
*
A proactive, solutions-first mindset and comfort working both independently and collaboratively
*
Clear communication and experience working directly with engineering and vendor teams
