What you’ll do:
"The primary responsibilities of this position include driving business growth of Power Distribution Solutions in East Asia (EA), including MV Switchgear, RMU, Transformer and Busway
As a business owner of the subject, she/he will take care of the products' positioning in EA region, meanwhile, will work closely with the country sales team, corporate vertical team to define the business strategy, action plans and follow up the deployment in each country of EA,
He/She is reporting to Business Development Director for PD East Asia."
"A. Leading and responsible for all business strategy to grow Power Distribution solutions business in East Asia region.
B. Align with country sales and APAC vertical team, to position all Power Distribution solution in the region,
C. To define the growth initiatives for Power Distribution Solutions including targeted segments, offer positioning by segment \& channel, go to market strategy, competition, etc.
D. Supports the countries to achieve profitable growth on existing offers: price positioning, promotion plans, specific marketing actions, etc.
E. Provides technical support to the sales teams and customers; advises sales staff and customers on packaged solutions including MV\& LV switchgears, Transformers, busducts etc. for specific segments (Data Center, Utility),
F. Determine marcom plans for implementation and driving demand generation with our value propositions.
G. Arrange necessary training to improve competency of sales,
H. Conduct market study to identify customer needs, market trend, and competitive landscape; Manage market intelligence and provide feedback to manufacturing plans, Asia Pac vertical BU and Global product line for product requirement in market and price competitiveness in market.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
At least 5 years of relevant work experience
Product Management or Sales experience with either Medium/Low Voltage Assemblies and/or Low Voltage Switchgear products is preferable
