Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and test automation workflows using UiPath
Document workflows, learn standards and best practices, and participate in knowledge-sharing sessions.
Deploy RPA bots and manage their operational stability.
Maintain and troubleshoot existing RPA solutions.
Mentor junior developers and create POC On latest UI path features
Work closely with senior developers, Solution Architects to understand requirements, provide input on technical feasibility
Stay updated with the latest developments in UiPath and RPA technologies improving your functional and technical skills. Maintain basic familiarity with current and emerging technical trends.
Provide regular and transparent updates on task progress.

Skills - Experience and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 6+ years of RPA Developer experience. At least 20+ RPA projects (end to end implementation, not just PoC) should be executed in UiPath.
Proven experience as an RPA Developer, specifically with UiPath (versions 2023.10.4).
Basic programming/Scripting knowledge on Python/Java/C# , Power shell scripting.
Working knowledge of data formats such as JSON, XML, or Excel.
Basic knowledge of handling large data and how to access and manipulate stored data.
Knowledge in cognitive automation with OCR tools, AI/ML skills is a plus.
Any Working Knowledge on Document Understanding, Computer Vision, AI Center, and/or Action Center is a plus
Familiarity with Agile development practices
Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to work independently with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
