Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive user engagement and revenue growth across our platform, with a specific focus on our highest-volume games including FC 26 and Fortnite. You'll own the strategy and execution for user loyalty programs, reward systems, and initiatives that increase repeat purchases and average order value.

This is a high-impact role where you'll directly influence how millions of gamers interact with our marketplace and build lasting relationships with our platform.

Key Responsibilities / Duties

Business architecture/system design plan for U7BUY, including Users (Membership), Products, Points System, Balance, and Activity System and Execution

User Experience \& Engagement

Design and implement comprehensive user loyalty programs that incentivize repeat purchases and long-term engagement

Develop user reward systems that recognize and celebrate customer milestones, purchase frequency, and platform advocacy

Optimize the end-to-end purchase journey to reduce friction and increase conversion rates

Create personalized experiences for users based on their gaming preferences and purchase history

Revenue Growth \& Optimization

Drive strategies to increase average order value through bundling, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities

Analyze user behavior data to identify opportunities for increasing purchase frequency

Implement targeted campaigns for high-value games like FC 26 and Fortnite to maximize revenue potential

Develop and test pricing strategies, promotional mechanics, and incentive structures

Product Strategy \& Execution

Own the product roadmap for loyalty, rewards, and retention features

Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to bring initiatives from concept to launch

Define success metrics and KPIs, and use data to iterate and improve product performance

Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product decisions

Cross-Functional Leadership

Partner with marketing to align loyalty programs with acquisition and retention campaigns

Work with customer support to understand pain points and improve the user experience

Coordinate with business development to integrate exclusive rewards and partnerships

Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership

Required Skills \& Qualifications

3-5 years of product management experience, preferably in gaming, marketplace, or e-commerce platforms

Proven track record of launching and scaling user engagement or loyalty programs

Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive product decisions

Deep understanding of user psychology, behavioral economics, and retention strategies

Experience with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and iterative product development

Excellent communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

Passion for gaming and familiarity with popular titles like FC 26, Fortnite, and other major games

Experience in two-sided marketplace dynamics

Knowledge of gamification principles and reward system design

Background in growth product management or monetization

Familiarity with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.)

Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
